How might repairs be handled?

• Small problem areas can often be resodded.
• Alternately at times it works best to use lawn seed and wait awhile. By using seed we can choose the type of grass. For example we will select a fescue/rye blend for shaded areas.
• Sometimes a new lawn is the best option. This solves many problems all at once.
