• Lawn mowing and edging, either weekly or semi-monthly
• Optional maintaining of shrub beds, possibly less frequent
• Optional fall leaf cleanup, possibly less frequent
• Fertilizer program to match the mowing program
• Pruning in the winter months

A note about billing

Most of our year round maintenance customers choose to pay a fixed monthly fee for the work. In other words the price is the same each month. However, the amount of work in any given month varies, sometimes dramatically. Be sure to read Contract Options (billing) so you understand how this process works.
