"The other guys." Other contractors generally are unable to provide a custom schedule of services. They tend to have three modus operandii:

• Rely on memory. When that fails, as it always will eventually, the service suffers.
• One size fits all. They do the same set of services for all accounts. This makes it easy for them, but does not leave room to "do it your way."
• Rely on the crew to know and meet your needs. But when a key person leaves the company, so does all the knowledge of what your needs are.

Notice that each of the above makes the job easier for the contractor, but not best for YOU. Needless to say, we have a better approach. We work extra hard to do what's best for you. Really! If you get bids, watch how much longer it takes us to prepare your bid. We DO pay attention to the details.

For example a lawn mowing service consists of many lawn mowing jobs. However, when the work to be done occurs in one visit, then the service consists of just one job.
